Saisons de foudre, in perpetual cuvée since September 2022, in a foudre having contained Alsatian white wine for at least 50 years. 3 variations:

Perpetual Season - 6%: vinous, tangy, rustic

Muscat marc - 8.2%: macerated for 3 weeks on muscat marc maceration

Fig leaves - 5.5%: macerated for 17 days with fresh fig leaves from the garden
