UNTENABLES & FRIENDS
The Intenables are originally a nice group of friends who have known each other for a long time. They all share a love of artisanal products and all have a (big) touch of madness. One of them started by opening a beer bar more than 10 years ago... each then started their own adventure: other bars, a brewery, a cellar, all independent but all part of the big Untenable family! We work hand in hand to send you good vibes and friendliness!

Owner of the bars and co-founder of the brasserie, he is the one who organizes the parties and who invariably ends up behind the decks at the end of the evening! Entrepreneur and dreamer at heart, he is the one who unites all the Untenables!

aka "The Guardian of the Temple"
Unbearable from the start, you only rarely come across her in a bar, a cellar or a festival... and yet without her we would be like chickens with forks! The final boss of all administrative management? Here it is !

A scout for wine gems, a great hop lover and passionate about spirits, he is the founder of the Intenables cellars. Its motto: offer a wide and ultra-quality universe, with exclusive products!

Half Irish pub, half rock bar atmosphere! A great list of spirits and 14 taps of craft beers, 2 of which are permanent for us and the rest for the brewer friends!

Lots of concerts and entertainment, a well-stocked kitchen, a great terrace in summer and of course a dozen craft beers, including 2 from the brewery!

120 rum references, 80 whiskeys, 40 gins, cognacs, vodkas, tequilas... not to mention 100 wine references and as many craft beers!
