In winter, only the direct sales store is open: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In summer, weather permitting, the terrace bar is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.! Shop hours therefore change to:

Monday and Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

The brewery is located at 8 rue Jean Marie Lehn, in the Parc du Rosenmeer activity area in Rosheim (67560). Directions: from the D500, take the Rosheim exit. At the roundabout, take the ZAC du Rosenmeer exit (landmark: Pâtisserie Gross). At the end of the street, turn right then look for the blue sign "Les Intenables" it will be on your right.

The brewery only has a takeaway shop; it is not possible to consume on site.

But the L'Intenable bar in Obernai is eagerly awaiting your visit for a drink!

Of course, you can order online from the e-shop and have it delivered to your home or to a collection point. But you can also buy our beers from our partners, wine merchants, bars, grocery stores... in addition to the brewery, you will have supported a local business!

To find the nearest store to you, check out the Google Maps map below. And if your favorite wine merchant doesn't carry us, let them know!

In order not to send packages for very few cans, the minimum order is 12 items.

You can choose delivery to a Pick Up relay point, in 3 to 5 working days, or Chronopost delivery to your home in 2 working days. During busy periods, such as Christmas, these delivery times may be extended by several days.

The choice of relay point is offered to you AFTER payment.

In the event of missing items: two solutions will be offered to you, reimbursement of the missing items or the creation of a purchase voucher worth twice the amount of the items missing.

In the event of a transport problem resulting in a damaged order: you will receive a voucher for the value of what has been rendered unfit for consumption.

The return package costs are charged to us at €12 by Chronopost, so we are counting on you not to plan to send packages during periods of absence or to call your relay point to inform you of your delay in order to limit returns.

If your package has been returned to us because the time limit for availability at the collection point has been exceeded, you will receive an email allowing you to choose from the following options:

- reshipping your package to a relay point at a cost of €9.90 (€4 contribution to return costs and €5.90 delivery)

- reshipping your package to your home at a cost of €13.90 (€4 contribution to return costs and €9.90 delivery)

- the refund of your order after deduction of the total return costs (€12) and bank charges linked to credit card payment (1.8% of the amount of your order)

We have two single nozzle dispensers and one double nozzle dispenser available for hire. Send an email to contact@lesintenables.com with the date you wish to rent. We will email you the list of available barrels and their prices.

In high season (April to July and September/October) it is advisable to make your request at least 2 months in advance.

Rentals are made in 4-day increments, including the pick-up and return days of the printer. Examples: you rent for a weekend, you pick it up on Friday and bring it back on Monday.

Single-spout dispenser: €15 incl. tax

Puller with two spouts: €25 incl. tax

The rental is free from two barrels consumed. A deposit check (not cashed) of 400€ will be requested.

We collect all empty barrels for recycling. We also take back unused full barrels on two conditions:

- that they have not been pierced

- that you do not bring back more than the half ordered. Example: you have ordered 4 barrels, you can bring back up to 2, you have ordered 2 or 3 barrels, you can bring back 1.
