Lightning season in perpetual vintage macerated for 2 months on 400g/L of fresh Alsatian rhubarb. Well pronounced on the fruit, it smells of fresh rhubarb from grandma's garden, a slight acidity which reinforces the freshness and liveliness of this season, which can be enjoyed as much as an aperitif as with a dessert.
Pairing: so simple & effective, a small tartlet with rhubarb meringue.
