Cette India Pale Ale, bière blonde fortement houblonnée, démontre que les houblons d’Alsace n’ont pas à rougir face à leurs homologues outre-Atlantique. Les variétés Elixir et Mistral développent une aromatique fruitée et florale puissante et une amertume franche mais très agréable et rafraichissante.
